# FORBIDDEN

> FORBIDDEN means the plan of your workspace does not include what the request asks for, such as s3Config on the Free or Automate plan. The API sends status 403.

## Problem

The plan of your workspace does not include what the request asks for. The API sends status 403 when a `createStoredImage` or `createStoredPdf` request carries `s3Config` and the workspace is on the Free or Automate plan. The message reads `Custom S3 storage is available on the Scale and Enterprise plans. Remove s3Config to save the file in Bannerify storage.`

## Solution

Remove `s3Config` from the request. Bannerify then saves the file on its CDN and returns a link on `images.bannerify.co`.

To save files in your own bucket, move the workspace to the Scale plan or higher. [Billing](https://bannerify.co/docs/account/billing) lists the plans, and [Save files to your own S3 bucket](https://bannerify.co/docs/integrations/storage-and-notifications) explains the fields.

A refused request does not count as a generation.

If that does not help, write to [an@bannerify.co](mailto:an@bannerify.co) with the `requestId`.
