# NOT_FOUND

> NOT_FOUND means the templateId matches no template in the workspace of your API key. The API sends status 404. Copy the full template id in the dashboard.

## Problem

The `templateId` does not match a template in the workspace of your API key. The API sends status 404 with a message such as `template tpl_xxx not found`.

## Solution

Check that you send the whole template id. In the dashboard, open the menu on a template card and choose **Copy Template ID**.

Check that the API key and the template come from the same workspace. The dashboard shows the keys and the templates of the project that you chose in the project switcher.

If you deleted the template, create a new one and use its id.

If that does not help, write to [an@bannerify.co](mailto:an@bannerify.co) with the `requestId`.
