Convert PNG images to WebP. The converter runs libvips in your browser with WebAssembly, so your images never leave your device. No account, no limit on the number of images, and no watermark.

## Steps

1. Add your PNG images: choose files or a whole folder, or drop them on the page. WebP is already selected.
2. Each image converts on your device as soon as you add it.
3. Download each WebP, copy it, or download all of them as one ZIP.

The converter saves lossy WebP at quality 82, and keeps the transparency. In our test, PNG photos became WebP files 10 to 30 times smaller, a transparent logo about 20 times smaller, and PNG screenshots that were already compressed 2 to 3 times smaller. JPG, GIF, AVIF, and TIFF images convert to WebP the same way.
