Data Collection and Use

We gather personal data to enhance our services. The data collected includes:

Email Marketing

We use UsePlunk.com for email campaigns. We may contact you with newsletters, marketing materials, and other information that may interest you. You can opt-out of these communications by following the unsubscribe link or instructions in any email we send, or by contacting us.

We may utilize email marketing service providers to manage and send emails to you.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. We do not store payment card details.

Google User Data

When you connect a Google account to the Google Sheets integration, Bannerify asks Google for these permissions:

• Spreadsheets (read and write): to read the tabs, the header row and the rows of the sheets that you bind to a template, and to write the link of each rendered image into the row.
• Email address: to show which Google account is connected to your workspace.

How we use it:

• Bannerify opens only the sheets whose link you paste into an automation. It does not read your other spreadsheets or any other Google data.
• The values of a row are used only to render the image or PDF that you asked for. We keep the values of each run in the run history so that you can see what was rendered.
• We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI or machine learning models. We do not share it with anyone, except as needed to run the integration, to comply with the law, or with your consent.
• Our staff do not read your Google user data, unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security or to comply with the law.
• The Google tokens are stored encrypted, and only our servers use them.

When you click Disconnect on the Integrations page, Bannerify deletes the connection, its tokens, the automations and their run history, and gives up its access to your Google account. You can also remove Bannerify’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The images already rendered stay in your workspace until you delete them.

Bannerify’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies to track and store information about your interactions with our service. You can adjust your browser settings to manage cookies, though some features of our service may be limited.

Data Sharing

We may share your information under the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: To assist in service delivery and analytics.
