You can add JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, and TIFF images, and save them as WebP, PNG, JPEG, or TIFF. You can mix formats in one batch.

Choose JPEG or PNG as the new format, then add the TIFF files. TIF and TIFF are the same format. A TIFF from a scanner or a camera is often large, so the JPG is much smaller.

Choose JPEG or PNG, then add the WebP files. Each file downloads with its new extension. Use PNG when the image has a transparent background, because a JPG cannot store transparency.

WebP is the default format, so add the images and download them. A WebP file is often smaller than a JPG or PNG of the same quality, so your pages load faster. The converter saves WebP and JPEG files at quality 82.

AVIF is a newer image format with small files, and many websites now use it. Some apps cannot open it yet. Add the AVIF file here and save it as a JPEG or PNG.
