Is the certificate generator free?
Yes. You need no account, and the PNG has no watermark. To change the colors, fonts, or logo, copy the template into Bannerify with a free account. The free plan includes 100 generations a month.
What should a certificate of completion include?
The title, such as Certificate of Completion, the name of the person, the course or the program, the name of your organization, the date, and a signature with the name and the role of the signer. A certificate number helps people check that the certificate is real.
Can I print the certificate?
Yes. The Completion and Training templates are 2480 × 3508 pixels, which is A4 at 300 DPI. Print them at 100% on A4 paper, or choose Fit to page for US Letter paper. The other templates are made for screens and email.
How do I make certificates for a whole class?
Put the names in a spreadsheet, one row per person, and copy the template into Bannerify. The Bulk page matches the columns to the layers of the template and makes one certificate per row, with a link to each image. Each certificate counts as one generation.
Can I send a certificate when someone finishes a course?
Yes. Connect your form or course tool to Bannerify with Zapier or n8n, or call the API from your own code. Each new completion makes a certificate with the name of the person, and the next step can email it.
Can I get the certificate as a PDF?
This page downloads a PNG. The Bannerify API also makes a PDF from the same template, for example to attach to an email.
