Problem

The plan of your workspace does not include what the request asks for. The API sends status 403 when a createStoredImage or createStoredPdf request carries s3Config and the workspace is on the Free or Automate plan. The message reads Custom S3 storage is available on the Scale and Enterprise plans. Remove s3Config to save the file in Bannerify storage.

Solution

Remove s3Config from the request. Bannerify then saves the file on its CDN and returns a link on images.bannerify.co.

To save files in your own bucket, move the workspace to the Scale plan or higher. Billing lists the plans, and Save files to your own S3 bucket explains the fields.

A refused request does not count as a generation.
